MoveMate: Flow generates a personalized weekly summary based on the focus sessions and active breaks you completed. This summary is produced automatically from your own activity data and is not shared with, or generated by, any third-party AI assistant connected to your device.

Pomodoros are in-app reward points earned by completing focus sessions and active breaks. They are not real money or cryptocurrency, hold no monetary value, and cannot be bought, sold, exchanged, or withdrawn. Your Pomodoro balance and unlock history are stored as part of your account data and handled under this Privacy Policy like any other activity data.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
