By accessing and using MoveMate: Flow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Permission is granted to temporarily use MoveMate: Flow for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Under this license, you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software used in the Service
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Transfer or mirror the materials on any other server

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

MoveMate: Flow provides a focus timer and guided active break content for general wellness and productivity purposes only. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not diagnose or treat any condition.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new physical activity.

You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks. By using the Service, you voluntarily assume all risks of injury or health issues. MoveMate: Flow is not responsible for any injuries or health problems resulting from your use of the Service.

If you purchase a Pro subscription:

• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice

Pomodoros are in-app reward points earned by completing focus sessions and active breaks, used to unlock workouts and themes inside the app. They have no monetary value and are not real money or cryptocurrency — they cannot be purchased with real currency, sold, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash. We may adjust or reset Pomodoro balances at our discretion, including to correct errors or address abuse.

You retain ownership of the content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant MoveMate a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Disrupt or interfere with the Service or servers
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Collect or store personal data of other users without consent

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are the exclusive property of MoveMate and are protected by international intellectual property laws.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoveMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
